First Day of Spring!

Spring has come; yesterday was the official first day of spring. We didn't have to wait long for the first batch of spring showers either. Today in the Chadd's Ford and West Chester area, we are seeing some heavy rain. With the start of the April showers we start to look forward to the May Flowers that follow, but that isn't the only thing the showers bring, they also bring flooding! Make sure you have all the right flood polices and home insurance in place before you get stuck with a flooded basement.
